My company uses the pickup and delivery. It is so easy to schedule. We are on an automatic schedule and they come in a few times a Week. We are very happy with their service and will continue using it.

Had a very good experience with Laundry Breeze. Online booking was convenient to arrange for them to pick up my large washable area rug and deliver it within a 48 hour window. Driver was professional driving a branded vehicle and even transferred my item to a protective bag. Communication was consistent and rug was returned fresh and clean.

This place is usually not very busy before and around lunchtime. It’s really convenient because they do a card system that works with the smartphone, though I’d prefer if we could just tap our phone at the machines themselves. Still, it’s better than having to get cash and then quarters and dealing with all of that. The washing machines cost between $4.75 and $10 per wash, depending on how many loads fit into the machines. As with any public place, sometimes one of the machines gets a little sketchy but they do a good job of putting notes up and issuing refunds for problems. The owner just let me know they’d be updating some of the signage to take the guesswork out of how much detergent to put into the machines, since some folks put way too much and cause a mess/delays. They seem on top of maintenance and are generally pretty friendly.

5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Laundry Breeze is easily one of the best laundromats in LA. The owner is one of the kindest and most accommodating people you’ll meet. The machines work perfectly and always leave your clothes fresh with plenty of bubbles and suds. I had a small issue recently—nothing major—and the manager handled it so professionally and helped me right away with no hesitation. They offer different machine sizes for all kinds of loads, and honestly, the prices are amazing for the quality of wash you get. Highly recommend this place!

Great customer service from start to finish. Their booking system is simple and seamless, they’re always punctual, and communication is clear and reliable. My laundry comes back fresh, neatly folded, and perfectly clean — and best of all, it saves me so much time.

Been using the delivery/drop off for about a year now. The drivers are really nice people very responsive and professional. Everytime I try to reach them on the phone or via text management is really responsive and helpful. Today I came in the shop to wash my bed sheets the lady here was really nice and helpful as well.

I just moved over to the Westside and the building I live in has one washer and one dryer and they are always taken. So, I looked up fluff and folds near me and found Laundry Breeze!! This place makes me so happy!! They offer pick up and drop off, my clothes came back perfectly folded and smelled so good. That have great prices and the owner is amazing! He is so nice and funny!! When I talk to him on the phone he will tell me jokes. I really love his customer service. Again, I couldn’t be happier, and even if they put in more washers and dryers in my building, I would still use them. They definitely made me a customer for life.

" if there was 10 Stars ☆ I would give them all" Couldn't be happier, far exceed my expectations and we have plenty :-). We use Laundry Breeze for our personal use, they pick up and deliver clean and folded in special bags the next day but can also do any other arrangements custom built for your schedule. I also refer Laundry Breeze to my clients that suffer water and fire damages and all tell me that it was fantastic 👌 👏 🙂 🙌 Keep up the good, hard work of keeping us clean. Solid spot to get your laundry done. It’s clean, well-lit, and feels safe. I really like that they have a vending machine for supplies (Tide, Bounce, etc.) in case you forget your detergent at home—super convenient. There are plenty of rolling laundry carts available, so you aren't struggling to move heavy loads between machines.
